B:Receiving your order, we will send a e-mail with our transfer information to you for confirming the order. C:Now, you could make the payment and send the MTCN or reference number to us by e-mail. D:We will deliver the products soon after receive your payment. E:You will receive your favorite products. Then please give us a feedback by e-mail or online.
3. How about the shipment? We usually deliver our products by EMS,UPS,DHL,Fedex,etc. It will be a door-to-door shipment and generally take 3-7 business days from the date receiving your payment to the date arrive. After we deliver the products ,we will send you the tracking number by e-mail.
4.If I can't find the products or the size I need, can you help me? Sure, please contact us. We will do our best to search the products you want.
5.Can you reserve the products I favor until I could pay for it. Sure, please contact us. We will reserve them for you about one week. After one week, if you couldn't make the payment, we won't reserve them any more.
6. Does the price including the shipment cost? The minimum order of apparel is 12 PCS, you can order with mixing items. If the quatity is more than the MOQ,the shipment cost will be free, if it's less than the MOQ, you need to pay the shipment cost.
7. Could you compensate me if the package missed? Yes, you will get 100% compensation that we will resend the products to you if the package missed.
8. What about the packages are blocked in my customs? It is seldom happen . If the packages are blocked by your customs, please show the tracking number to the local agent of the express company for help.
